Thank you for choosing PureFertility by PFAS Guard. We aim to deliver high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our refund policy below for important information on returns and refunds.


1. General Return Policy  

   All sales are final. Due to the ingestible nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any purchased items.


2. Damaged or Defective Products  

   We gladly offer returns if your product arrives damaged or is otherwise unusable. Damaged or defective refunds must be initiated with our customer service team (admin@pfasgoodbye.com or (888) 732-7293) within 7 days of receiving your product. 


We may ask for:


  •      Order number and date of purchase
  •      A description of the issue
  •      Photos of the damaged item
  •      Proof of purchase

   

Please have these items ready when you email or call. Once your order is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund for eligible claims. We reserve the right to refuse damage refunds that are not initiated within our 7 day return window. 


3. Special Consideration for Ordering Errors  

   We understand that, occasionally, unintentional ordering errors can happen. If you encounter an issue with your order that does not fall under typical circumstances, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of your order. We handle such cases on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair and prompt resolution - but we reserve the right to deny refunds outside of the 7 day period. 


4. Processing Time  

   For approved refund requests, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
